GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

By purchasing or using an Notts County Gift Card you accept the terms and conditions below:

1. Gift Cards are redeemable online and in-store.
2. Gift Cards purchased via The Online Store can be purchased in Pound Sterling. 
3. Payment can be made via VISA or Mastercard debit or credit card. 
4. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against tickets, memberships or Lifeline memberships.
5. Each transaction is subject to various fraud checks and Notts County Football Club reserves the right to refuse an order if the payment is subject to additional verification or scrutiny or for any other reason, without providing explanation. 
6. Gift Cards ordered though The Online Store will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number stated in the individual order. Despatch will usually be immediate but could be up to 48 hours after receipt of payment
7. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Notts County Football club does not have any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards once risk has passed to the customer at time of delivery. 
8. Refunds will not be given on the purchase of a Gift Card, once your payment has been received your order can only be cancelled by phoning 0115 955 7200. 
9. The collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed is solely used to authorise payment and is not held by Notts County Football Club. 
10. Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately to the Notts County Club Shop by calling 0115 955 7200. Notts County Football Club cannot be held responsible for any shortage or loss of any Gift Cards which they have not been notified of within seven working days of delivery or the specified delivery date in respect of lost cards. 
11. Payment is taken at the time of purchase of the Gift Card.
12. If your purchase amount is less than the balance on the Gift Card, the unused balance will be carried over and can be used for purchases at a later date.
13. If your purchase amount exceeds the value of the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with another acceptable tender.
14. You can check the balance of your Gift Card at the Notts County Club Shop or on the Notts County Online Store (https://shop.nottscountyfc.co.uk).
15. The normal Notts County Return Policy (available on https://shop.nottscountyfc.co.uk/page/returns) is consistently applied to any product purchased with a Gift Card.
16. Gift cards have no monetary value, no cash change will be given on purchases made using gift cards and the balance cannot be converted into cash.
17. The maximum balance permitted on a Gift Card after topping up is £1000.
18. Gift Cards and/or any unused balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
19. Damaged, altered or cancelled Gift Cards will not be accepted.
20. Gift Cards, and any unused balance, will expire 12 months from the date that the Gift Card was issued.
21. A Notts County Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Notts County Gift Card.
22. Gift Cards should be handled like cash. Notts County is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The Gift Cards can be used by anyone in possession of the Notts County Gift Card and Notts County personnel are not obliged to check the identity of a person using the Gift Card. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
23. Notts County Football Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it considers it reasonable and necessary to do so.
24. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any disputes or claims.
25. Gift Cards may not be tampered or interfered with, without our consent.
26. Gift Cards are issued by and remain the property of Notts County Football Club, Notts County FC, Meadow Lane, Nottingham, NG2 3HJ.
